Description: Recital is the time to reflect and celebrate the accomplishments of our dance year! Students have been hard at work focusing on technique, musicality, acting, stretching, and memorizing dance choreography. Our staff has been busy in class and behind-the-scenes getting everything ready for this special day. Our goal is to give your child the opportunity to SHINE, build self-confidence, and make this a day full of JOY and priceless memories!
ALL students & all classes are welcome to participate in our annual recital!
To participate please complete the following steps:
Step 1: Register with the F-V Arts Center - Course Code: *NOTE* REGISTRATION is NOW OPEN
Register in person at the F-V Arts Center 123 E. Vance St. Fuquay-Varina or Online at FVArts.org
Costume Fee includes professional, brand name costume to keep with all props & accessories. A themed Cast Shirt with all performer names listed on the back is also included in your Costume Fee! A treasured keepsake! If your student is in multiple classes they will need to pay additional costume fee for each class. Let the front desk know how many classes you need costumes for.
Step 2: Make certain you are registered for all consecutive sessions of you class through April.
Costume are INCLUDED in your Registration Fee:
High quality professional costumes at a deeply discounted price. Other studios charge $90-130 per class with nothing else included! We bring you the BEST for LESS!
* Recital Costume Fee ONLY $60 per class (Late fee will be added if past registration deadline)

********************* Private Lessons **********************
No two students are alike, either cognitively or physically. Therefore, we acknowledge that group instruction often needs to be augmented with private training, designed for the specific mental, physical and even emotional needs of your child. Most importantly, private instruction reduces or even eliminates the risk of injury. A student’s specific alignment, bone structure and muscle strength will be thoroughly analyzed, in order to train that student in the safest and most efficient way to execute the technique that he or she is learning. Students wishing to advance at an accelerated pace are strongly encouraged to take advantage of this invaluable program.
Private Technique Classes can be scheduled during day or evening hours at the studio or at your location. Students can schedule solo, duo or trio sessions. In these sessions students will work on alignment, strength, coordination, balance, turn-out, footwork, extension, jumps, turns or any other area of training that they would like to improve.
Extra Help - Sometimes students will need extra help with the recital routine or a specific skill. Schedule a 30 minute lesson so we can address the specific concerns for your student.
Choreography & Small Group Instruction can also be scheduled at any time of the day and in various locations. Students working on a solo or group routine, school project, audition video, or for any event!
Styles include but aren't limited to:
* Ballet * Pointe' * Jazz * Tap * Lyrical * Contemporary * Creative Movement * Pre-School * Fitness * Liturgical * Swing * Social * Character *
